The weeks leading up to Christmas fill up quickly with visits to friends and family and buying gifts.

Terms & conditions

25% deposit required at time of booking.
Free cancellation/modification 72 hours prior to check-in time (15:00).
A penalty of the entire stay including tax will be charged for late cancellation/modification, no-show and early departure.
Balance to be paid at the property.
Full payment required at time of check-in.
Credit card number with valid expiry date and security code is required as security on check-in to guarantee your reservation.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
All packages are offered subject to availability.
Package available all year round, although some date exclusions may apply.
Package price is based on two people sharing one double or twin room on a bed and breakfast basis for two nights.
Dinner allowance of £40.00 per person on the first night of the stay.
Any additional costs incurred will be charged separately and added to your room account.
Dining allowance must be used on the first night of your stay and cannot be split or carried forward to the second night or carried over to other bookings.
Breakfast is based on a choice of dishes from our standard breakfast menu per person, per night.
Dogs must be booked in advance to ensure that an appropriate dog-friendly room can be allocated.
Dogs will be charged separately at the standard daily dog stay fee applicable on the dates of the stay.
Most dog-friendly rooms accommodate a maximum of two dogs.
